At only 18-years-old, Ethan Snoreck has already collaborated with industry big guns like Charli XCX and Mascolo, and this year the collaborations show no sign of letting up. We’ve already heard a bootleg for Brockhampton, an EP with Louis The Child, and now a production featuring the New Zealand siblings Broods. ‘Be Like You’ was originally written my Broods as a “track about the pressure of feeling you have to be something specific to "make it" as an artist in the pop world.” Reaching the well-trained ears of Whethan, the young producer knew this track could reach a whole new level, and it certainly does that. Syncopated beats and lustful electronics come together with dark undertones, which are seamlessly weaved with the airy vocals of Broods’ Georgia Nott. -HT
